MilkShake Factory

We had chocolate covered strawberries and some chocolates. We initially went for a milkshake, but they were around 1000 cal and there’s no way we would get that big of a treat. It was all right, but it was not amazing. The staff was a bit slow and it was pricey. Wouldn’t come again.

*Edit* Thank you, MilkShake Factory, for your kind and apologetic reply to my review. I’m glad to hear that my feedback was heard and taken into consideration. I will definitely be back for some more of the delicious strawberries and cream with chocolate, and look forward to a more pleasant customer service experience the next time I stop by! I just stopped by the MilkShake Factory for the first time today, and unfortunately, the first thing that greeted me walking into the door was an adult employee on his phone, and two young girls chatting further in the back. The first minute of me standing in the store, I was completely ignored. I finally spoke up and said “ Hi! It’s my first time here, so it would be great if one of you could assist me and tell me a little bit about what you have here”. One of the girls then came to assist me, meanwhile this fully grown middle aged man is still standing there on his phone, right in front of me, completely ignoring me. It was so unprofessional, and created such an awkward atmosphere. I feel like when the younger generation doesn’t understand customer service, it’s excusable, because they’re still in the process of learning. But a grown adult?

Very nice place with delicious milkshakes! They give free samples of their fudge and offer a large variety of desserts. The place is clean inside and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. They took the time to answer our questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and compared different options to help us make the right choice instead of just trying to sell us something. A special thank you for how patient and kind everyone was with our twin boys, who definitely put that patience to the test! Not once did we feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Everything turned out amazing, and the level of customer service really stood out. It’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to others.

Finally! Long awaited after the sign went up last year. Milkshakes were delicious and service was friendly and fast. They even had non-dairy options and sundaes.
